Here is a preliminary punch list of items provide by our inspector, Kelly Roark that need to be addressed prior to the turn on. 1) Address needs to be corrected on the meter base. The address should be 2900 Highland Drive, City of Lewisville. The address posted on the pedestal pole is incorrect (says City of Carrolton). 2) Install preemption equipment (needs to be 3M to be compatible with our system). 3) Install VIVDS equipment in the cabinet and program the detection zones (the loop detectorcards in the cabinet should be returned to the City of Coppell) 4) need Naztec 980 TS-2 controller with an Ethernet port for the cabinet (should have an Ethernet card) 5) Install luminaire on NE corner 6) Install street name signs on mast arm The block number for both Denton Tap and Highland Dr is 2800 --- 2900 7)Sod all grass areas 8) Finish installing all dampeners 9) Striping not done (Kelly said the sub will be there Monday) 10) 2 Year Maintenance Bond for the full value of the project -this was discussed at the precon, the bond needs to be submitted to the City of Lewisville with the attached form (See attached file: Maint+Bond-Form-Dev.pdf) Kelly Roark asked that you call him at 214-263-7415 when you have all these items addressed so he can arrange to meet you at the signal.
