Tom, Chad,
We met TNMP on-site this after and we now have power to the cabinet. Here
is a preliminary punch list of items provide by our inspector, Kelly Roark
that need to be addressed prior to the turn on.
1) Address needs to be corrected on the meter base. The address should be
2900 Highland Drive, City of Lewisville. The address posted on the
pedestal pole is incorrect (says City of Carrolton).
2) Install preemption equipment (needs to be 3M to be compatible with our
system).
3) Install VIVDS equipment in the cabinet and program the detection zones
(the loop detectorcards in the cabinet should be returned to the City of
Coppell)
4) need Naztec 980 TS-2 controller with an Ethernet port for the cabinet
(should have an Ethernet card)
5) Install luminaire on NE corner
6) Install street name signs on mast arm
The block number for both Denton Tap and Highland Dr is 2800 --- 2900
7)Sod all grass areas
8) Finish installing all dampeners
9) Striping not done (Kelly said the sub will be there Monday)
10) 2 Year Maintenance Bond for the full value of the project -this was
discussed at the precon, the bond needs to be submitted to the City of
Lewisville with the attached form
(See attached file: Maint+Bond-Form-Dev.pdf)
Kelly Roark asked that you call him at 214-263-7415 when you have all these
items addressed so he can arrange to meet you at the signal.
Thanks,
John Black
