Looking good, I really got the guys pushing to finish this week. The drainage is what takes the most time.
I went back through the notes with Kieth and Quinn. They had removed from the contract traffic control
plans and to just do construction phasing. Quinn had writen it down from the meetings they had prior to
setting up the contract. Does the City usually have the contractor do the traffic control plans?

Dan,
Regarding the fire hydrants... Our Fire Marshall basically said to stick to our subdivision ordinance which
requires the hydrants not to exceed 600 feet apart along the street.
Wewill examine all of that with the next submittal.
It's nota problem for the plans to be submitted before the construction specs, etc are completed. Wewill
get you the boiler plate as soon as we can.
How is it coming with the next submittal? I assume they are at least 60- 65%?

Tim,
Do you have any concerns about removing these hydrants?
Thanks.
