Hi Diwanna,
I accidently hit send on the previous e-mail. Please disregard! Thank you for the update. It sounds
like we are still a ways from a decision on the utilities...even on the final plans for the road
improvement project start. Do you have a sense for the outcome on burying the utilities? Every
time I drive past those unsightly leaning utility poles I think what a shame that they may remain
after spending all this money on improving the roadway. Right now the trees camouflage the poles
to some extent. Once all of those trees are down...we will be left with the utility poles.
I really appreciate you keeping me updated Diwanna.

> The second submittal will be brought to an in-house meeting scheduled with the design engineer
next week. During the meeting, I anticipate discussing drainage issues and other engineering
design concerns.
> After the meeting, the engineering dept. will review the plans and make any other comments
regarding the design.
> After which, the updated plans will be sent to the franchise utility companies... and they will re-
evaluated the impact of their utilities.
> This submittal will probably be closer to 60% completion. The plans you viewed were more like
25- 30%.
> I'll let you know of any discussions pertaining to the franchise utilities. I do not expect concrete
discussion/decisions at this point. But, we are working on it! !
