1. Mark MLV in blue on curb for all main line valves
2. Irrigation: uncover curb stop and replace meter cans and clean to lower fittings
3. Mark FHV on curb and valve lids red
4. Mark MH in green on curb at manholes
5. All manholes need chimney seals and rain pans
6. Check with Ted on sewer cleanouts
7. Clean meter can to curb stop cutoff on all meter cans
8. Replace pipe on sewer clean outs at lots 2 and 4
9. Paint manhole lids (in dirt) red
10. Lot 13, Block A -City clean out full of dirt
11. FH valve at Braewood and White Spruce needs work
12. MH at Breawood and White Spruce needs to be raised to curb grade
13. Cut old sewer line so new sewer will run into it in new MH

PAVING/DIL~INAGE
1. Feed to remove all rubber seal from joints and re-seal with self-leveling silicon in
entire neigM~borhood.
2. Need to seal all joints going up to curb.
3. Need to remove top of redwood and seal joints on sidewalks.
4. Need to seal joints where curb meets storm boxes.
5. Need to fix ramp on northeast corner of Juniper at Amberwood. It is marked with
pink paint.
6. Need to seal around ramp brick pavers.
