Ken,
We've been trying to get our2-year maintenance bond from Durable
Specialties as the 30-day test ends tomorrow.
There seems to bean issue with the developer (see below). Has the City of
Coppell already reimbursed the developer for the cost of the signal?
The signal has operated without a hitch since we turned it on 2/13109.
Also, Kimley Horn has provided the as-built signal drawings in the format
we require.
However, we are not going to be able to accept the signal until we have the
maintenance bond.
We were very clear about this in the pre-construction meeting that we would
require a 2-year maintenance bond just like all our signal contracts.

No I haven't even been able to get a hold of the developer. They still owe
us 50% on the signal. I will let you know if I get a hold of them today.

Kelly Roarke reminded me that this Friday is the end of the 30 day test.
