Mr. Greenia,
The status of the Deforest road project as of now...
1) We have received approximately 65% (completion) plans.
2) We are installing a signal at the intersection of Deforest Road and MacArthur Blvd.
3) We will begin Right- of -Way Acquisition in approximately 60 days.
4) We will begin utility locates during the fourth quarter of 2009/end part of this year.
5) We expect to begin construction in the first quarter of 2010.
