It's kind of hard to verify a problem without a time of day???
The signal has been on for 6 weeks now and this is the first complaint
we've had. We'll verify the detection, but so far have not had any problem
with the equipment or operation.
I wrote Ken Griffin to call me back but never got a reply. We are still
asking for a maintenance bond like we receive from all of our signals. As
you require Jerry Roberts brought this up at the end of our
pre-construction meeting with Durable. If The City of Coppell does not
intend to provide the bond, I need to know so we can move on - guess I need
to write Ken aletter -can you provide his mail address.

Hello John,
I received a complaint message from a Carla Walker on Monday, March 23rd.
She didn't leave a number with the secretarial staff.
She said the red light is too long and said it lasts 2 minutes.
I assume she is heading in a southbound direction into Coppell.
