In accordance with the referenced contract between HDR Engineering, Inc. and the City of
Coppell, dated October 25, 1994, we are submitted this request for modification to the contract
fee amount.
The fee modification is requested due to a change in scope, as provided in Exhibit A - Engineering
Design and Surveying Services.
The change in scope is a result of redesign along the "Northline," the need for two siphon designs,
and additional survey information.
