Amendment to Contract No. 2
Dear Mr. Griffin:
In accordance with the referenced contract between HDR Engineering and the City of Coppell, dated
October 25, 1994, we are submitting this request for modification to the contract fee amount.
The fee modification is requested due to a change in scope, as provided in Exhibit A - Engineering
Design and Surveying Services.
The change in scope is necessary to provide engineering and survey services south and east of the
Denton Tap/Railroad Crossing beginning at the existing manhole approximately 210 feet east of
Denton Tap, to approximately twenty feet west of Denton Tap.
We request approval of an increase in the fee amount in paragraph 5.22 of two thousand, six hundred
dollars and no cents ($2,600.00).
