Thank you. I'm very interested in the plant material since we are losing trees and
will definitely attend the next neighborhood meeting. Can you tell me who will be
heading up the landscape portion on the city's behalf? Will it be Brad?

Hi Helen,
No, the final construction plans have not been submitted. We currently have
65% submittal in the office. We have a couple of engineering issues, such
as the drainage design, that we are working to improve.
Some changes from the last neighborhood meeting include putting sidewalk on
both sides of Deforest. The trees that will need to be removed were marked
on the initial plans shown during the neighborhood meeting.
We plan on having another neighborhood meeting so that everyone can have
the opportunity to see the plans.
You are more than welcome to come in to see the 65% submittal. The plans do
not contain the landscape portion at this time. Or, once we get a 90%
submittal, I can let you know or check back in periodically. Whichever you
prefer.
I will be out of the office most of today and during the morning on
tomorrow.

Hello DiWanna,
Last fall we were able to view preliminary plans for the road improvements
along Deforest Road.
I would like to know if final construction plans have been prepared.
I would also like to take a look at the landscape plans/materials proposed.
Please let me know how I can take a look at the plans.
