Hello Mark,
Per our conversation last week....
Attached are pages 12 and 13 from the Denton Tap sidewalk project plan that
shows the sidewalk in front of your property. It is shown continuing
behind the remax sign. After you have looked at the plans, let me know any
concerns thatyou may have.
After we touch basis, I will send these same pages to our surveyor who will
draw up the easement documents containing the metes and bounds. I am
requesting the easement to be one (1) foot on the outer boundary of the
proposed sidewalk. After which, Iwill e-mail you the documents so that you
sign and return to me; allowing the City of Coppell to construct sidewalk on
your property.
Absolutely, the sidewalk will be constructed at the City's cost as this is a
City of Coppell project. The landscaping around the back side of the sign
will be removed to allow for the sidewalk.

Hello James,
It's been a while since our last communication. I hope everything is going well.
I am sending you the first exhibit for easement preparations. The address is 500 Denton Tap (MK Wolfe Enterprises)
I would like to the easement to follow the contour of the sidewalk, having a foot on both sides of proposed sidewalk to
make a 7 ft, easement or so.
Let me know your thoughts, etc. Also, I expect to hear back from other owners, so I will be sending more exhibits shortly.
