Hopefully, the HOA can collectively get the residents to comply. If not, the engineering dept, will wait for your request.

I do know something about this, however, I don't believe we have officially asked Mr. Griffin to adopt a 'no parking ordinance' on
our behalf. I am also aware that a city employee has mentioned to the HOA that the parking of vehicles in the 'loop' presents a
problem for the emergency responders. Code Enforcement personnel have asked the HOA to see if we can gain verbal compliance
of not parking along the common area' side of the loop. I doubt we have gained compliance, but I am not sure if we have
checked???
Over the years, the Coppell Fire Department has answered several emergency calls in the'Enclaves'. We tend to have difficulty
entering the end of the street, where it loops...whether to access the emergency or trying to leave. The street is very congested
with parked vehicles, basketball goals and the occasional skateboard ramp. Several of our emergency vehicle operators have
complained over the years, asking if there was anything that could be done...that is just not a battle I have chosen to fight as of
yet.

The City contacting the HOA or homeowners regarding "no parking" in the Enclaves?
I received a voice mail from Genia and she said the City contacted them 3-6 months ago about no parking because emergency
vehicles can not get through.
