Michael,
Just wanted to follow up with email We called and left 2 or 3 voice mails for you. I understand that you are our. We
contacted everyone that has been authorized in the pastor present to haul dirt to the site to stop. We also stopped and
asked an officer Brown with Coppell police to help us monitor and write down anyone that may be dumping there without
our knowledge. Anyway, we will continue to stay on top of this. If you
have any questions are any further action is needed before you get back in office let me know.

Tom,
It has been brought to our attention that material is being stockpiled and spread on the above subject property. We have
not released any permits for grading work at this time. We ask that the work being done cease at this time until a permit is
obtained for earthwork. Please call this office at your convenience to discuss.
If you have any questions please contact me at your convenience.
thanks
Michael Garza
