a copy of the construction site notice if it's between 1 and 5 acres. Lot 1

Daniel,
In order to begin early grading you will need to submit a grading plan set that includes the cover sheet, grading plan, and
erosion control plan.
The following will also need to be addressed.
1) Erosion control measures should separate Lot 1 from Lot 2.
2) The construction entrance should be moved to Lot 1(Akula residence site)
3) Verify the contour elevations. Although the FF is higher than the Base Flood Elevation, the FF is lower than the
surrounding contour (topo) elevations
4) Establish stakes along the Base Flood Elevation
5 )Pay the 2% inspection fee prior to beginning work. This information is located on the early grading permit.
