As I understand it, you can't get a building permit or a grading permit without a platted lot and you can't get a
platted lot without approved engineering plans, so the process on my end is the same in both cases. The Grading
permit only, does notgetyou any relieffrom a timing standpoint.
Marcy, please let me know if the statement above is correct.
