Pdf's of a corrected grading plan and the plat are attached.
The grade of 452 on the commercial lot is a small knoll. We are grading a
swale between it and the house in the sideyard setback.
I will get with the builder to determine what kind of wall he wants to build
and we will provide a detail foryour use. I'm sure they will build the wall
with the driveway which will most likely be after the house foundation is
poured.
We will provide final plan sets after I obtain a bit more information from
the builder.

I do have a couple of concerns regarding the submital. First is the
proposed wall. We will need engineering plans forthe wall. When do you
plan on building the wall? Also, some of the bold elevations are shown
higher than the FF.
