concerned that the Planning Department setbacks will be pushed back further with them
granting the City a sidewalk easement. I told them that the setbacks required from
planning will not be increased due to the easement once the land is developed.
If you could verify my statement and I will send this email to Phillip Koa so that we are
all on the same page and the easement for that property will be finalized.
