We would like to have a meeting tomorrow at your convenience to discuss the
CLOMR and possible options for our project. It will be Mike Boyd, myself
and Dan St. Claire. Raj may also want to attend. Can you check on the
availablility of a meeting room and the schedules of any other City folks
that might want to attend and let us know whait time might work for you?
If tomorrow doesn't work we would like to meet as early as possible next
week.
