instructed to deliver them by 4:3 0 pm.
Is there a time tomorrow afternoon or on Friday when we can meet at the site for the Grading, pre-con
meeting?

Gentlemen,
You may submit 6 sets of early grading plans at this time. The cover sheet should say "early grading
plans" and include the plat, grading plan and erosion control. We still have concern regarding the wall
(label the property line on the cross sections) and change of the drainage patterns along the adjacent
property and the southwest corner of the property. VVe will work with you on this issue. Once you
submit the plans we will sign the permits and schedule a grading pre-construction meeting on site. We
should have the full set review completed by the end of this week or early next week.

tomorrow. We'll have them deliver 6 sets, 3 for you and 3 for us. I dropped off the Hold Harmless
letter this afternoon. I also went over to the Parks & Recreation Department on S. Coppell Road.
The only protected/specimen trees that we will be removing will be on the Residental lot so they said
we did not need a permit.
Let me know if it is OK to print the "Grading only set" .

Daniel,
We will review the grading plans only at this time to speedup the process. We will not be able to
review the full set of engineering plans thoroughly at this time. We should have those completed
early next week. The approval at this time will only be for the grading. Once we approve the
grading plans we will need 3 sets of "grading only" (cover sheet, plat, grading plan, erosion
control) plans for our use and however many sets for your use. We will stamp them with our
approval stamp.

Since we have already paid for the early grading permit, Michael was going to issue the grading
permit as soon as you guys reviewed the grading
plans as part of the full set. The extra week or so we'll gain if we can start grading Tuesday is

Hello Daniel,
The plans came in the office yesterday afternoon and were checked in by ourtech. I spoke with Robert and
inquired on the grading plans/ permit. He told me thatyou all were going to try to move forward with the full
engineering plan review. The plan set that was checked in are the full engineering set plans. I have not
looked at the plans yet.. but we should be able to get them out pretty soon.
