Mr. Cromer,
I am taking over for DiWanna on the Denton Tap sidewalk project and am trying to complete the plans for
construction. I noticed the attached email from you in our files and wanted to double check and see if
anything might have changed. I will also need to get an easement put together for this tract. Please feel

Ms. Baskins - A review has been made of your request for a sidewalk to cross the
referenced Atmos HP gas pipeline.
Atmos has no objections, according to your provided drawing, subject to the
following restrictions:
• No mechanical digging or grade cuts within the 50' wide Atmos easement
property.
• Atmos not liable should any damage occur to the sidewalk in the future.
• Contact Atmos' Mr. Dennis Jones (469-261- at least 48 hours before working in
the easement area.
Please confirm by email the City's agreement to these terms. Contact this office
if questions. Atmos appreciates your cooperation.

location of the sidewalk that we would like to construct in the Enserch Corp ROW.
Basically, anything that the city must do so that we can connect the sidewalk, let
me know.
