To clarify and address the conditions set forth: 1) Regarding the grade cuts, we will need to do minor grading to comply (9/8/2009) DiWanna Baskets RE: Line W-24"/7 (sidewalk -Denton Tap Road, Coppell, DallasCounty) Page 2 ), with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation's running and cross slopes. Also, we will need to do minor grading and construction framing to tie in to the existing sidewalk that exists to the north and south of the site. 2) Absolutely, the city of Coppell will be responsible for constructing the sidewalk and any future repairs/maintenance to the sidewalk. 3) We will comply with contacting Mr. Dennis Jones at least 48 hours prior to working in the easement. The 1st condition is the only one in question. Will this comply with Atmos' conditions to allow the city to construct the sidewalk?
