Regarding the easement document:
I changed "...with the remaining...." to "...of the remaining...."
Regarding the traffic calming surveys:
I will make sure the correspondence is sent to the occupant of the residence and reword the correspondence to include
"owner or occupant of the residence."

Take out the last clause and replace it with the following, "Grantee will maintain the sidewalk placed in the easement but
the Grantor will be responsible for the maintenance with the remaining portion of the easement.

Hello David,
I am in the process of gathering easements so that we can fill in locations of missing sidewalk along Denton Tap Road.
I spoke with a property owner representative that does not feel the wording of the easements guarantees that the city will
repair the sidewalk. I don't think it matters to them about state compliancy and knowing the city is liable for the sidewalk.
They are mostly concerned about the wording of the easement and guaranteeing any future repairs.
I have attached the easement document that all property owners have been receiving.
