Hello Doug,
I am happy to provide you with updates. Unfortunately, there is not much to report at this time.
We are pretty much at a stand still until we resolve the drainage/storm water utility design. We are
currently reviewing the 65% submital. There will not be any changes to plans pertaining to sidewalk, tree
removal, etc; items included is in the 65% plans.
The new estimate for start of construction is 2010, 2nd quarter. The traffic signal will be installed as part
of the Deforest project. Installation of traffic signals is usually during the latter portion of the project,
shortly after paving.
The main item is to ensure that the drainage is designed to a high standard and functions effectively.

You have been helpful in providing me regular updates on the Plans and Scheduling for the planned
Deforest Road Construction. Would you please provide an update that I may share with our homeowners.
What is the current project status -
-are the plans still out for review?
-are there any anticipated changes to the 319/09 65% plans (sidewalks both sides)?
-what is the new time estimate to begin utility moves?
-what is the new estimate for start of construction and traffic flow changes?
-will the Deforest / Macarthur traffic signal be installed separate from the Deforest construction? If so,
when?
If you have specific dates, great. If not, month or "4th quarter'09" will suffice.
