Dear Mr. Parsons:
We appreciate your meeting with us this past Wednesday. Our discussion with you
and Mr. Troth was most enlightening and your attitude was most cooperative.
To follow up, the City of Irving's goal is to be in complete agreement with the City of
Coppell regarding the installation of our Dallas Water Supply Line No. 3 project in the
next few weeks. As such, I would like to ask you to not begin paving at least the
northwest half of Bethel School Road until August 1, 1994. This would give us the
opportunity to install our water main under that pavement section in accordance with
the alignment we discussed. Details of this arrangement can be worked out and
addressed in the contract for the easement agreement.
If you have any problems with this request, I would appreciate you notifying me at
your ea~iest possible convenience. I believe it is possible, with all parties cooperating,
for the City of Irving to install this main and for the pavement to be completed in such
a way as to satisfy even you.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
