Do you have a timetable on the Billingsly letter? He continues to call me wanting an update. (he
called again on 11/8/OS)
Also, we are nearing the time when we need to bid Bethel Road. Has an~~ress been made on the
revision to the Grapevine Agreement? Have you had an opportunity to review the concept and do you
ha~ concerns with the concept that can not be addressed in the agreement? I so, do you have an
opinion on whether or not we should even pursue the a regiment? (Grapevine representative called
again on 11/3/OS)
