Matt Atkins called to check to see if JRJ Paving had withdrawn their bid within the 24 hour period. He said
that JRJ had withdrawn their bid on a Lewisville project last month. The project was designed by TNP's
Denton office. JRJ bid a lump sum amount for borrow material that was lower than every other bidder.
