Good Morning Ken,
I know the schedule of work on Phase 1 has been frustrating for everyone to deal with, but I hope you are pleased
with how the final pieces are coming together. I believe that everything is looking like we intended it to be. I
wanted to check with you on the second phase and to see if there have been any developments with the federal
funding issues. Also, if you have had time to look at the DSR, I thought I might be able to answer any questions
you may have. Given the recent departures of staff members, I am sure that your time eludes you even quicker
than before. If there is any way that we could help you during the transition time, we would be more than happy
to be of assistance to you. TNP has provided services to other clients in similar interim situations as well as full
time city engineer capacities that have included plan reviews and general municipal engineering consulting
services. If there is anything you need from us, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks and have a good
day.
