Matt,
We have a small amount of confusion as it relates to the remaining
pieces of W. Sandy Lake. In our filing system we are calling the
portion from N. Coppell to S. Coppell ST 99-02 Segment B (Phase I), and
the portion from S. Coppell to Denton Tap ST 99-02 Segment B (Phase II).
We just received the full size plans for what should be phase II and
they are indicated as being phase III. For clarity, let's not refer to
anything as phase III.
