Just wanted to follow up on some of the questions that we discussed last week in our meeting. Attached is a
letter from the City of Lewisville approving the signal warrant study. I apologize for not getting you the signal
warrant study to you earlier this week. However, I will include it when the signal design is submitted which should
be early next week.
The letter mentions that the design should be designed to Lewisville standards. From talking to you last week, it
sounds like the major difference between Coppell and Lewisville are the pole standards. I understood from our
meeting that you were going to coordinate with Kevin Nims at Lewisville to discuss standards. The developer will
pay for the signal and Lewisville will be in charge of inspection. We will recommend to the developer to use
approved contractors that we discussed last week with both you and Lewisville.
