FYI,
Some of the previous comments from the March 7th review letter have not been addressed.
Also, I spoke with Tim with the Fire Dept, about the signage for the fire lane. Matt, with the Planning Dept., is out today.
So, I will need to wait until Monday meet with him.
Tim wrote regarding the sign: As long as they comply with our ordinance:
Signs--Shall read "NO PARKING FIRE LANE" or "FIRE LANE NO PARKING" and shall be 12" wide and 18" high. Signs shall be
painted on a white background with letters and borders in red, using not less than 2" lettering. Signs shall be permanently
affixed to a stationary post and the bottom of the sign shall be six feet, six inches (6'6")above finished grade. Signs shall
be spaced not more than fifty feet (50') apart. Signs may be installed on permanent buildings or walls if approved by the
Fire Marshal.
The comment regarding the fire lane will be addressed in the plan review letter.

FYI, the plat will expire on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 if not submitted to the City for signatures. However, I have contacted
the Planning Department and they will allow an extension until the end of next week Friday, August 15, 2008.
The plat has an error and needs to correctly convey the drainage easements, which are shown correctly on the plans.
I am finalizing the plan review and everything should be ready, shortly.
