We made contact with the contractor listed on the permit. He stated that he is going to send someone to come in and sign
the permit. I'm assuming that someone will be in this week, hopefully.

Oncor has the permit because of signature issues. They will be scheduling a meeting with the Engineering Dept. to come to some
sort of a solution. I spoke with Larry of Oncor and he jogged my memory regarding the permit incident. He has the permit.
