Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 October 9, 1995 (Letter aailed to '4~ addresses ') RE: Bethel Road Sanitary Sewer Project SS 94-02 The City of Coppell anticipates beginning construction on the installation of a sanitary sewer line from Grapevine Creek west to Royal Lane along the south side of Bethel Road within the next month. To facilitate the construction of this project, it will be necessary to remove the south half of Bethel Road. As part of the project, the City will be working with Dallas County to provide an asphalt overlay over the entire width of Bethel Road after the installation of the sewer line. To ensure that there is minimum disruption to the businesses and residents along Bethel Road and that access is provided to all properties at all times, there will be ongoing coordination between the City, Dallas County and the contractor. A public meeting will be held at Town Center, 255 Parkway Blvd., in the 2nd floor Conference Room on Thursday, October 26th, at 7:00 p.m. to answer your questions and inform you of construction schedules.
