DiWanna: Thanks for setting up the meeting. The plan and section sheet that I sent over to you was to show
how the sidewalk on the south side would work at Macarthur. The plan sheet was for pictorial purposes only.
Also in the section sheet I wanted to show everyone another way we could build the roadway without having such
a large retaining wall on the south side. Through the first 400 feet we could do a flat cross section then transition
back to the rooftop section. By doing thiswe can utilize a sidewalkwall with the fence on top as shown in the
sections sheet that I sent over. I also raised the roadway to remove the wafer. It will cause more fill on the
Esparza property and cause for a landscape planter at 2+75 on the north side to be filled on (see section at
2+75). By raising the roadway through this area it has significantly decreased the size of the wall on the south
side. There is some difficulty getting a sidewalk around the neighborhood sign at Macarthur. We only have 3'
from the retaining wall to the back of curb. I'll bring a full sized section sheet and plan sheet to the meeting for
discussion on how to proceed from this point. Thanks again for setting up the meeting.
