Hi DiWanna, thank you for the updates on your observation. I did pay
more attention this morning and viewed 2 vehicles making a u-turn on
Sandy Lake. However, outside of that, the congestion was still
overwhelming on Kimbell. The BMW that was in front of me this morning
was highly aggitated. He obviously didn't want to wait any longer in the
line and squeeled off into the CVS parking lot. This was 7:45 a.m. this
morning.
Let me know what else you find out and hopefully we can move forward in
getting a smooth traffic flow for these school zone hours.

Hello Nicole,
This is what I observed this morning:
The stacking and small congestion that occurs for the vehicles that are
turning east onto Sandy Lake is magnified by the cars making u-turns to
enter into the parking lot of the private school. The volume of
vehicles traveling west on Sandy Lake past Kimble Kourt did not appear
to contribute to any conflicts.
I have not heard back from the school regarding a repair schedule for
the bridge. I am certain that once the second entrance is put back into
service, you will see a difference.
