Diwanna
I know you are busy with many projects around Coppell and want to thank you for keeping us up to date
on the Deforest Road project! Is there anything new on the progress of this project or feedback from the
utilities regarding burying poles? Will there be another opportunity for public review/comment of the
plans as they develop further?
Thanks again for your help.

Hi Diwanna,
I accidently hit send on the previous e-mail. Please disregard! Thank you for the update.. It sounds like
we are still a ways from a decision on the utilities....even onthe final plans for the road improvement
project start. Do you have a sense for the outcome on burying the utilities? Every time I drive past those
unsightly leaning utility poles I think what a shame that they may remain after spending all this money
on improving the roadway. Right now the trees camouflage the poles to some extent. Once all of those
trees are down...we will be left with the utility poles.
I really appreciate you keeping me updated Diwanna.
