habit, would you please look at and let me know the rear setback and any easement specific to 716 Castle
Creek Dr in Cambridge Manor.

We have an Architectural Control Committee request that would be 14.5' from the apparent rear property
line. The elevated deck is self supported, but will be tied into the house and not be isolatedlfree standing
as an accessory structure orout-building. I thought the setback would be 20', but the building department
has evidently issued a permit and the owner (our HOA Board Pres.) submitted this plan last night for
approval and wants to start construction on Monday.
