On Lot 46, Block A, Villages of Coppell, Phase III A I was not able to set one of the irons because it was slightly
south of a fence. I set another iron on that parcel and have revised the exhibits (attached).
Replace these two files with the ones previously sent to you.
All corners have now been set.

Being a northwesterly portion of Lot 46, Block A, Villages of Coppell, Phase III A, an
addition to the City of Coppell as shown on the plat recorded in Volume 91156, Page
1165, Plat Records, Dallas County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 46, a capped 5/8" iron in the southerly
right-of--way line of DeForest Road and in the easterly right-of -way line of Allen Road;
Thence N 89 degrees 04 minutes 14 seconds E with the northerly line of said Lot 46 and
the southerly right-of--way line of DeForest Road, 10.00 feet;
Thence S 44 degrees 04 minutes 14 seconds W, 14.14 feet to a 5/8" capped iron set in the
