Hello Jeff,
Our permits are valid for 90 calendar days from the date of approval.
If it is passed the 90 days, then you will need to submit a new permit.
The permit is dated Sept. 2008, so yes, a new permit should be
submitted.
I can accommodate the time constraint without a problem. As long as
everything is clearly and correctly submitted.
