Hello Alen,
The check for the sidewalk at Chipotle should have been received by the contractors by now.
Also, I know you are aware of the Denton Tap Sidewalk project where the City is going to fill in sidewalk so that the path is
continuous along Denton Tap. The area in front of the Braewood shopping center is included, of course! Let me know any of your
thoughts on the project. I have been getting positive feedback from Coppell residents and they are excited about the project! I am
excited, too!

Attached is the bid for the sidewalk extension to the East along Sandy Lake and a
Drawing/Legal for the Sidewalk Easement Area.
I asked Jim Brittan's office to show the trees on the first drawing just for our reference
(you will see them in Red) we are going to do a more slope S angle on the sidewalk, so
the legal covers that well. He also needs to change Tarrant County to Dallas County.
Lets visit and then you can send me a Sidewalk Easement Form and we can wrap this
up.
In addition, I wanted to come by with the Subcontractor and get with Larry and you so
everyone is on the same page for inspection and sidewalk pour.
