Thank you for responding. It is not necessarily our neighbors. It is
usually people who realize it's a dead end street and speed to get in and
out. Our children play inthe cul-de-sac all the time so it's quite scary
when this happens. We notice it at all times of the day and night. Some
days are worse than others. We are open to other suggestions as well. We
have a sign that says no outlet but that doesn't seem to slow them down.
It's younger drivers. Let me knowwhat else I can help you with. Thank you
again.

Hello Tami,
Thanks for submitting your requestlinquiry to the City of Coppell.
I received your inquiry regarding speeding and speed humps on Castlebury
Court. Castlebury is a relatively short street, approximately 500 feet long
with 19 homes. I would like to assume that most of the speeders you have
noticed are neighbors. What days and times have you noticed the speeding?
After I receive your response with the days and times, I will forward that
information to the Police Department for enforcement of those speeders.
After which, I will further explain our traffic calming program.
The traffic volume on that street should be pretty low. Identifying the
speeders should be an easier feat for the Police Department. Hope you hear
from you soon!
Sincerely,
