Hello Dale,
Thanks for taking the time to speak with me last week.
Absolutely, the sidewalk will be constructed at the City's cost as this is a City of Coppell project.
There is a rail that exists along the property that will need to be modified to allow for the sidewalk. (Any
modifications pertaining to the sidewalk project will be done at the cost of the City)
After we touch basis, I will send this same page to our surveyor who will draw up the easement
documents containing the metes and bounds. I am requesting the easement to be one (1) foot on the
outer boundary of the proposed sidewalk. After which, I will a-mail you the documents so that you can
sign and return to me; allowing the City of Coppell to construct sidewalk on your property.
