Let me remind you that a copy of the plat will need to be submitted with the early grading plan set before the early grading permit can be approved. »> "ROBERT SCHNEEBERG" <robert.schneeberg@gs-engineers.com> 711/200911:07 AM »> DiWanna, Try this. The owner and contractor asked me to revise the grading plan to keep the retaining wall under 4 feet. Additionally, they told me they wanted to construct a stacked stone and mortar gravity wall and that they would provide details with the building plans. Please take a look and let me know if we are ready to print final sets for the grading permit. Thanks, Robert schneeberg Gonzalez &schneeberg, Engineers & Surveyors. (9/2812009) DiWanna Baskins - RE: Akula Home Project, Denton Creek at Sandy Lake I do have a couple of concerns regarding the submital. First is the proposed wall. We will need engineering plans forthe wall. When do you plan on building the wall? Also, some of the bold elevations are shown higher than the FF.
