I have attached the easement documents prepared by the surveyor. You will notice that we did move the sidewalk back a
bit. The landscaped vegetation you recently put in will not be affected. The boulders' placement may need to be adjusted.

Hello Greg,
Instead of 1 foot off the proposed location of the sidewalk for the easement
boundary. Is it ok to have the surveyor prepare 2 feet just in case we
shift the sidewalk further from the street? I would like to have the
sidewalk at least one foot off the back of curb, if possible. This will not
affect any of your landscaping.
