You have been helpful in providing me regular updates on the Plans and Scheduling for the
planned Deforest Road Construction. Would you please provide an update that I may share
with our homeowners.
What is the current project status -
-are the plans still out for review?
-are there any anticipated changes to the 319/09 65% plans (sidewalks both sides)?
-what is the new time estimate to begin utility moves?
-what is the new estimate for start of construction and traffic flow changes?
-will the Deforest / Macarthur traffic signal be installed separate from the Deforest
construction? If so, when?
If you have specific dates, great. If not, month or "4th quarter'09"will suffice.
