Hello Blake,
Thanks for promptly returning my call.
This is a City of Coppell project to connect areas without sidewalk to
provide continuity. Absolutely, the sidewalk will be constructed at the
City's cost as this is a City of Coppell project.
I have attached plan sheet 24 of 30 that shows a small portion of the
proposed sidewalk on the private property (616 Denton Tap Rd). In order to
connect to the existing sidewalk to the north, we will need an easement
because of the placement of the existing sidewalk. The black line is the
property line on the plan sheet.
After we touch basis, I will send this same page to our surveyor who will
draw up the easement documents containing the metes and bounds. I am
requesting the easement to be one (1) foot on the outer boundary of the
proposed sidewalk. After which, Iwill e-mail you the documents so that you
can have the appropriate person(s) sign and return to me; allowing the City
of Coppell to construct sidewalk on the property.
