I have attached the easement documents for the property at 400 Denton Tap.
Just to remind you that the easement gives the city permission to build the sidewalk on your property and maintain the
sidewalk. You (property owners) will still be required to maintain the vegetation or grassy areas(mowing) etc. It is referred
to as "surface" in the easement document.
Let me know any other concerns you have. I think we pretty much covered everything in the previous e-mails.
