This is concerning the property that I sent you the contact information...
FYI, a lot of the land seems to be in the floodplain. Although, it is not all of the property.., from taking a quick glance at
our gis info., it appears that a nice portion is in the floodplain.
What does this mean? We don't allow structures/fill in the floodplain. A flood study would need to be done to show the
new limits of the floodplain if it has changed.
