3. Missing 1" water service on Belt Line
4. Reset 2" DOM meters to grade
5. Vault on Sanders Loflp needs to be dry and sealed; 3" for drainage around vault
6. Mark FLV in red on curb for Fire Lane Valve and paint cap red -east building
7. Re-mark FLV in red on curb for Fire Lane Valve and paint cap red -west building
8. MLV valve on S. Belt Line needs extension and paint valve lid blue for City 16" water main
9. Check sewer invert at MH on S. Belt Line
10. Maintenance bond
11. Required water vault easement adjacent to S. Belt Line Rd.

3. Need to remove some felt and seal joint all the way ap to curb on median on E.
Beltline. I1larked with pink paint.
4. Need to rout and seal cracks on Sanders Loop entrance. Marked with pink paint.

1. Fire 17epartment Connections (FI~C) shall be painted either a
matching building color or red to match fire hydrants.
2. FDC's shall be addressed: "920 suite 100" and "920 suite 200" as they
correspond to each building.
3. Exterior walls in riser rooms shall be insulated.
4. Riser rooms shall be provided with heat source to prevent freezing
pipes.
5. Suites 100 and 200 shall be provided with heat source to prevent
freezing pipes.
6. -Riser rooms shall be provided with light fixture.
7. I~.nox boxes shall be placed on exterior portion of walls at riser room
doors. Call Fire Marshal's Office prior to installation to discuss
