Dear Mr. Griffin,
This letter is in response to your request for survey services on the
above referenced project. The additional work will be limited to the
following:
1. Field and office work to prepare a description and Exhibit Drawing
on each required permanent easement to be acquired.
2. Furnish to you signed and sealed prints of descriptions and drawings
for each easement.
We estimate there will be approximately twelve (12) easements required.
We can complete the easements (approximately three '(3)) along the West
side of Denton Tap Road from Grapevine Creek North within approximately
one (1) week after receipt of authorization to begin and complete the
remaining easements within approximately two (2) weeks thereafter.
We propose that the fee for this service be based on our current hourly
rates (copy enclosed, Page 2) with a total fee not to exceed six hundred
($600.00) dollars per easement.
