After further investigation and looking at the pictures that you provided, it does not look like you changed the drainage pattern with the constriction of your wall. It appears that there may be some upstream blockage from silt and debris which is causing improper drainage and standing water. From the site survey you provided us, it looks like the channel and culvert lie within your property. With vour permission we would like to come in and remove the silt and re-grade the pilot channel to provide better flow.
